Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Exceptional creative talent may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 22 to 35 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative materials for different media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Develop packaging designs and branding materials, including key visuals, cutouts, table talkers, banners, and other promotional items.

• Create engaging social media and digital content, including static visuals, motion graphics, and short videos.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate creative ideas for campaigns and activations.

• Work closely with the agencies and vendors, and supervise overall activities.

• Assist in event and activation, including new store openings and branding collaterals.

• Coordinate and support photoshoots and video shoots, including concept planning, mood board, direction, and post-production editing.

• Utilize AI-based tools and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) for efficient and innovative design outputs.

• Maintain visual consistency and ensure brand integrity across all platforms and touchpoints.
