Experience: Experience in Quick-Service Restaurant or dine-in restaurant operations, with at least 2–3 years successfully leading a team as a manager.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and restaurant management software.
Drive the Business: Take full ownership of the restaurant’s Profit & Loss (P&L), relentlessly managing food costs, labor, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
Lead with Passion: Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team. You will conduct daily briefings, set clear targets, and develop the next generation of restaurant leaders.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure absolute compliance with rigorous food safety, hygiene, and brand operational standards.
Grow the Top Line: Spearhead local store marketing, promotional campaigns, and guest engagement initiatives to continuously drive sales growth.
Master the Operations: Oversee day-to-day functioning, from managing inventory and reducing wastage to ensuring all equipment and facilities meet top-tier company standards.
