Experience:

• 1 to 4 years

• BBA/MBA, Finance/ Accounting, from a recognized university

• CA (CC) qualification or partial completion of the CA Certificate Level will be considered an added advantage

• 1 to 4 years

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily and monthly deadlines.

• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

• Perform daily cash reconciliation and reconcile outlet transactions against bank statements.

• Prepare and process daily banking transactions, including Pay Orders, RTGS, fund transfers, and cheques.

• Record revenue and other financial transactions accurately in the ERP system in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

• Perform monthly reconciliation and realization of card transactions by matching outlet records with bank statements.

• Reconcile channel-wise sales transactions, including invoices, against bank statements to ensure timely realization of sales proceeds.

• Monitor, realize, and reconcile Mobile Financial Services (MFS) transactions across outlets, payment portals, and bank statements.

• Manage the monthly realization and reconciliation of online portal sales against outlet records and bank statements.

• Prepare, review, and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper documentation, and timely processing.

• Ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the ERP system.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in cash, bank, card, MFS, and online sales transactions in coordination with relevant teams and banking partners.

• Maintain reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation for internal control and audit purposes.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
