Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare PFP design drawings, design philosophies, and technical documentation.
Review structural and architectural drawings and select applicable UL-listed fire-resistance designs.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, ASTM, UL, NFPA, and RSC / Nirapon requirements.
Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and technical submittals.
Review RSC comments and prepare technical responses and revised drawings.
Conduct site inspections.
Coordinate with clients, factory management, contractors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D /3D drafting and drawing preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
