Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors / Masters from a reputed institution in Business Administration or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out all the Agency & Trustee related services
∎ Ensuring Timely Rate Revision, Dispute Resolution, Loan Rescheduling , Amendments of the Facility and/or Security Structure throughout the tenor
∎ Updating payment schedules, handling lender meetings, ensuring timely communication with lenders and investors and managing post disbursement issues on a periodic basis
∎ Carrying out preliminary assessment to understand financial needs of prospective clients
∎ Conducting in-depth due diligence, preparing Information Memorandums and Financial Models for clients
∎ Preparing application for necessary regulatory approval for project and submit to regulatory authorities for approval
∎ Resolving queries and managing required relevant approvals from regulatory bodies such as Bangladesh Bank, BSEC, World Bank, etc. for client
∎ Communicating and establishing relationship with lenders and investors to raise funds and conduct agency & trustee services
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking/ financial sector
∎ Quantitative and problem solving skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Analytical skills in finance
∎ Technological awareness.
∎ Critical thinking Skills
∎ Persuasion and negotiation skills
∎ Communication and presentation skills
∎ Capacity to work under pressure
∎ Relationship Management skills
∎ Good at using Microsoft Office Package, especially Ms Word, Excel & Power Point
