Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Masters/ (MBA) in Human Resource Management from a reputed public University having minimum CGPA value 3.00 in the scale of 4.00
∎ A foreign degree, either in a Bachelor's or Master's, will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English both written & oral
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage various HR administrative functions within the university setting.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
∎ Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
∎ Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
∎ Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
∎ Facilitate performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
∎ Manage HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to staff on policies and procedures.
∎ Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling in adherence to organizational protocols.
∎ Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective HR support across the organization
