Supervise all construction works by attending to the project during job execution to ensure the work is done on schedule.
Check the details and quality of work to meet the process, specifications, and workmanship standards.
Ensure the contractor follows the program by providing necessary instructions to meet the schedule.
Ensure the quality of civil works by guiding workers.
Monitor manpower mobilization and skills match of workers to ensure the skilled labor for the project.
Ensure the safety and security of construction work and workers.
Control waste of material by monitoring closely during the execution of work.
