Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree in any subject/B. Sc. in Engineering. Master’s in Marketing/MBA major in Marketing will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to analyze sectoral demand for skilled workforce and develop strategy for decent employment programme of UCEP Bangladesh in line with ILO’s “Decent Work Convention”.
∎ Contribute to plan and develop decent employment programme of UCEP Bangladesh and ensure its implementation incorporating the Social Inclusion Strategy.
∎ To analyze the monthly Reports of Decent Employment and Entrepreneurship Development and share to management as required coordinate to field staff with the guidance from the management.
∎ Support to develop the materials for entrepreneurship development training and ensure implementation of Business incubation service through providing the proper instruction among the regional staffs.
∎ Support to re-design the program and training intervention and ensure proper implementation in the field of Decent Employment and Entrepreneurship Development.
∎ Support to develop necessary modules and materials and its implication to decent employment programme and different plans and take necessary actions of different findings of Reports, Minutes of ECM and share the guidance/feedback of project partner.
∎ To develop project guideline, project tracking materials, proposals and maintain regular coordination with partner as focal person of the project and ensure all deliverables.
∎ To develop concept notes and/or assist to develop concept notes for partnership.
∎ To assist in coordination of sectoral skills planning committees and ensure feedback sharing with TVET and skills development team.
∎ Contribute to establish private sector networks at regional and central level and ensure proper functioning of the employer’s forum/council.
∎ To explore new partnerships and resource generation opportunities from the private sector, industries, and other stakeholders.
∎ To prepare decent employment reports through cross checking on data quality and ensure timely submission and maintain a data folder.
∎ To develop and maintain the trainee tracking mechanism with case studies.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 03 (three) years professional experience in the relevant field.
∎ Adequate knowledge and skills (Decent Employment, Entrepreneurship Development, Market Demand for Skilled Workforce)
∎ Ability to market linkage and business incubation development (Private sectors engagement, access to finance, business associations, industry skill councils)
∎ Proficient in MS Office package and capable to manage MIS (online & offline), ERP and related software and overall documentation process.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Clear understanding about project deliverables, monitoring and reporting.
∎ Support/Ability to develop module for EDT, soft skills etc. ToT on EDT from any recognized certification authority will get preference
∎ Good presentation/facilitation skills (case study, success story, events reporting, project reporting, meetings, workshops, seminars etc.)
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable and team player.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications and experiences.
