Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum degree/ graduate from any university/ college with Practical experienced in a large knit composite factory.
∎ IE background/knowledge will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pro-active, positive mentality, team player, with Yes attitude.
∎ Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem solving ability with required quality standard. Technically sound on RMG production
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of machine and skilled operatives.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ Should have overall management experience and IE based production knowledge.
∎ Should be able to do machine layout, time & motion study etc.
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before line feeding.
∎ Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce downtime.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Manage and direct activities friendly to improve productivity of the production unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fair understanding of IE concepts and tools
∎ Fair understanding of Traffic light system, changeover procedure.
∎ Must have working experience in large knit garments group.
∎ Must be very organized and fluent in English.
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management.
∎ We are looking for a real responsible person who is educated, hardworking, technically strong team leader/player honest and can handle his duty professionally.
Salary: Negotiable
