• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Graduation in any discipline

• Sound knowledge in knit garments sewing machine

• Can operate sewing machine by his own

• Influencing leadership capability

• Effective communication skills

• Ability for good team work

• Ability to work under pressure

• Monitor and direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target in sewing section

• Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers

• Ensure production capacity, quality, 7 timing buyer wise

• Set the sewing layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency

• Communicate and follow up with merchandising, planning, IE, store, cutting, sewing, finishing and and packing

• Understand technical file, pp comments & implementation in working place

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production and extra hour work

• Organize training to the workers and helpers for increasing productivity

• Execute the plan and reach the target set by the company
