Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check random receiving from vendor
∎ POS opening & functioning tests
∎ House Keeping
∎ Face up
∎ Refill
∎ Merchandising
∎ Near Expiry & Expiry check
∎ House Keeping
∎ Checking Basket Size
∎ Follow up on DSD Vendor (delivery vs orders)
∎ Floor observation (Housekeeping, quality merchendizing, product availability)
∎ Perform Mail Feedback
∎ Attendance & Grooming checking for 2nd Shift
∎ Merchandising
∎ Training
∎ Follow up on target vs achieved
∎ Exp & PNL analysis
∎ Work with Growth Analysis
∎ Ensure Display and Face up Checking
∎ Customer Service during rush hour.
∎ Service Checking
∎ Demand editing, refill as required
∎ Demand against Supply check
∎ Price Update for Non-CG & CG items
∎ Target set-up and motivation amongs
∎ Checking SMS
∎ Staff Appearance & Attendance Check
∎ Check Security points
∎ Check Grocery Stock
∎ Send Product Requisition to Back Store
∎ Quality Check
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to take charge and deliver desirable results.
