Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Good knowledge in Machine SOP, Quality Control, Production Operation, Trouble Shooting, Production Compliance, R&D.
- Should have knowledge of Ingredients, MIxing and Blending, Frying Techniques, Seasoning Application, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, 5S, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Labeling and Audits and Inspections.
- Skill in Production process of Chocolate production is preferable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
- High level of professional integrity.
Responsibilities & Context: Job role: To execute line wise production plan in shifts to meet the production goal by ensuring quality, quantity, value and team building.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor on the chocolate production line (e.g., mixing, molding, tempering, cooling, packaging).
- Ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
- Monitor daily production targets and efficiency.
- Control product defective and wastage.
- Conduct in-process checks for quality parameters such as texture, taste, weight, and appearance.
- Ensure products meet company and regulatory standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, HALAL, HACCP).
- Enforce food safety and hygiene practices on the line (e.g., GMP, 5S).
- Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
- Ensure PPE usage and compliance with plant safety protocols.
- Coordinate and supervise line workers and machine operators.
- Provide training on SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Schedule shift duties and manage manpower as required.
- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Maintain production logs, checklists, and batch records.
- Report production output, downtime, and issues to senior management.
- Suggest improvements for productivity or process efficiency.
