Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Good in English communication, means understanding in English, both verbally and in writing.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

Good organizational and time management skills.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and honest individual to join our team as an Assistant, Stock/Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the stock/store department.

• Receiving and storing inventory in a stockroom.

• Check & receive materials according to challan & requisition.

• Ensuring products are safely packaged and properly distributed.

• Carrying out periodic inventory audits.

• Organizing the stockroom or warehouse, ensuring the accurate labelling, placement, arrangement and cleanliness of goods.

• Maintain and manage stockroom tools and equipment.

• Issue accessories to production floor with proper documentation.

• Conduct monthly stock reconciliation & reporting and ordering new stock.

• Maintaining proper documentation processed.

• Handle goods loading and unloading as required.

• Updating stock information on computer systems. 

• Carry out any other related assignments given by the top management.
