∎ B. Sc in Food Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure complete the area line clearance of production process.
∎ To ensure the test of finished product on critical parameter (fat%, total ash, acid in soluble ash etc.) and batch release assessment.
∎ To handle the non-conforming issues of products.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per SOP.
∎ Ensure good hygiene & sanitation condition of factory premises.
∎ Ensure the cleaning work of process equipment’s.
∎ To ensure stability test of finished products.
∎ Overall monitoring of quality related job in packing & production area.
∎ Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
∎ Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor & Check overall quality of products as per standard of specifications.
∎ Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are in place.
∎ Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Willing to Work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Should possess excellent networking skills, entrepreneurial oriented, ability to take independent initiatives and implement own ideas.
