Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• B.Sc in Food Science/Food Technology from any reputed institution.

• 1 to 2 years

• Ability to achieve production target within short lead time;
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control;
• Dealing with workers;
• Quick problem-solving ability;
• Strong analytical and communication ability;
• Good knowledge in Computer specially in MS Office, Internet etc.
• Good command in Bengali and English.
• Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard-working;
• High level of professional integrity.

• Ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently;
• Ensure achieving production target within the timeline;
• Ensure product quality within acceptable quality parameter;
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions;
• Ensure wastage within tolerance level;
• Strictly follow the systems and procedure as per SOP;
• Troubleshooting production problems and coordinate for solutions;
• Support in improving productivity, product quality, process loss & production cost control etc.
• Ensure that required hygiene and sanitation process is followed in production area;
• Assist to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols for production floor;
• Maintain health and safety standards in production unit;
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products;
• Motivate and train workers for their skill development;xiv. Maintain accurate production records and submit reports on time.
