∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in establishing Operational Excellence (OPEX) for plant.
∎ Ensure 5S & regular check OPEX activity.
∎ Conduct Daily operation meeting and OPEX center activity.
∎ Assist in Time study analysis for all types of functional machines.
∎ Set Standard minute value (SMV).
∎ Identify efficiency and utilization of manpower and machines.
∎ Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency.
∎ Assist in New product development Strategy, and drive the deployment of that strategy through tactical planning and execution.
∎ Carry on any other task / duties assigned by the Management.
