∎ Maximum 1  year of relevant experience.
∎ Experience in operating ERP Software.
∎ Good analytical ability, interpersonal skill, and presentation.
∎ Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and report writing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create a time and action calendar for all center production.
∎ Prepare product wise, purpose wise, and delivery date wise daily production reports.
∎ Generate section wise loading report.
∎ Prepare reports on billing, billing projection, and purpose-wise billing status as need basis.
∎ Prepare job closing report, as and when required.
∎ Prepare category wise staff and workers report.
∎ Prepare reports on current & non-current stock, raw materials, work in process, and accessories.
∎ Prepare reports on performance and bonus of each sub-center and its in-charge.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
