Job Description:

As the Assistant staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reporting and recording the meeting with Public Official including but not limited to the Employer and/or the Engineer where critical issues regarding the Project may be discussed and/or negotiated.
  • Reporting and recording the meeting with Public Officials to the General Manager including arranging & scheduling meetings, attending meetings with high level government & non-government officials with or on behalf of General Manager, convey project status of projects to the clients.
  • Assisting in project management activities, including planning, organizing, and overseeing various projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Conducting compliance supervision to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Facilitating communication and meetings with government officials and employees, representing the company`s interests effectively.
  • Managing project timelines and milestones, tracking progress, and identifying potential bottlenecks or risks.
  • Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
