∎ Minimum 1 Year experience in relevant field is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform Daily court to court operation.
∎ Filing Suits.
∎ Maintain Communication with lawyers.
∎ Maintain liaison with concerned offices.
∎ Settle Legal Bills in consultation with lawyers and monitor all legal related issues.
∎ Monitor overdue and defaulted loans daily to timely provide an update or recommendation to upper manager.
∎ Prepare and submit daily reports of the overdue and repayment for all credit facilities to keep all related stakeholders informed of the status.
∎ Input two-week reminder of repayment report into the share drive for branch to take actions according to the Bank’s policy
∎ Employment will be on contractual basis. Performance will be evaluated after 01 (One) year and based on satisfactory performance and Bank’s requirement, the individual may be confirmed in the services of the bank as deemed fit by the competent authority.
