Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately
∎ Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
∎ Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
∎ Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
∎ Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, etc.
∎ Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
∎ Provide excellent customer service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience not more than 02 year(s) can also apply. Candidate having experience in Front Office Representative or similar role of Bank/NBFI/Telco/Air/health/relevant service industry will be considered as additional advantage
∎ Candidate with positive attitude and pro-activeness, patience in interactions, exceptional listening, Telephone Skills, and understanding ability are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent inter personal skills, team player, problem solving attitude along with excellent proficiency in English
