• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• B.Sc. (Engg.) in CSE / IT from any reputed Public University.
• Google IT Support Professional Certificate, CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL.

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT role within a factory environment is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership abilities.
• Ability in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in user training & documentation.
• English communication skill is obligatory.

Context: ARTNATURE BANGLADESH LIMITED. is located at Bangladesh Specialized Economic Zone, Araihazar, Narayanganj-1460, Bangladesh and is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, exporting and importing of hairpieces such as toupees, wigs, wiglets and the like including hair accessories and ornaments, all makes and kinds as well as any all materials including human hair and synthetic hair supplies. To support our new plant at BSEZ, we are looking for candidates who are interested to join in the mentioned position and want to be a part of the company from its beginning of operation in Bangladesh. 

Responsibilities

• Providing first-level support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of networks, servers, and other critical systems.
• Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the organization's technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
• Participating in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and installations.
• Providing training to users on how to effectively use IT equipment and software.
• Liaising with IT vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Maintaining an inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, and also exploring new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
