Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring Vehicle load and unload
∎ Prepare & check Challan, VAT
∎ Optimum utilization of vehicle
∎ Housekeeping & Preloading
∎ Daily delivery challan received
∎ Collect delivery demand from market
∎ Plan delivery schedule;
∎ Arrange vehicle for the delivery
∎ Contact with factory for product availability
∎ Participate monthly physical inventory
∎ Check dealer wise undelivered & communicate with the customer/sales team for delivery
∎ Assisting customer and sales team with accurate information of depot stock for making DO
