Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have B. com / BBA major in Accounting with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive payment and issue cash memo to respective customer
∎ Operate mobile app and complete the sales order from sales representative
∎ Maintain banking related activities (cash/cheque deposit)
∎ Provide customer friendly cash courter service
∎ Resolve customer issues and answers questions of pricing information
∎ Hand over the vault cash by counting end of work shift
∎ Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
∎ Uphold the check-in and checkout policies and procedures
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Do any other assignment assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge in basic accounting, inventory management, financial management, in ERP software
∎ Must have communication skill, analytical ability, problem solving, reporting skill
∎ Must be proficient in computer application, finance and accounts and MIS
