Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, from any recognized university
∎ Certification on System and Network administration would be added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Providing technical support to end users and resolve issues by responding in a timely manner
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software issues
∎ Preparing and maintaining IT Inventory
∎ Ensuring the critical and security updates are properly deployed to end user devices
∎ Assisting with all ad hoc projects as assigned
∎ Preparing and maintaining proper documentation of related work area

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be technically skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network problems
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Ability to follow processes
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill
∎ Knowledge on LAN/WAN design and implementation using enterprise routers and switches would be added advantage
