Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring hardware and software components
∎ Monitoring resource utilization and performance of infrastructure components and ensuring 24x7 service availability
∎ Troubleshooting to resolve hardware, system and network issues
∎ Perform system and network maintenance, and update periodically with service packs, patches, security updates and fixes
∎ Monitoring Data Center facility
∎ Performing system backups
∎ Provide day to day infrastructure support
∎ Perform R&D of new solutions and emerging technologies
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation of system and network design and topology
∎ Coordinate with vendors/stakeholders for services and support
