Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, from any recognized university
∎ Certification and training on System administration and Network administration would be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software issues
∎ Ensuring the critical and security updates are properly deployed to end user devices
∎ Providing technical support to end users and resolve issues by responding in a proactive and timely manner
∎ Assisting with ad hoc projects as assigned
∎ Preparing and maintaining proper documentation of related work area
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Must be technically skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network problems
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Ability to coordinate with service providers/stakeholders
∎ Knowledge on LAN/WAN design and implementation using enterprise routers and switches would be added advantage
∎ Minimum 1 year in the relevant field
