• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Commercial awareness.

• Assist in coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding product development and order execution.

• Support in preparing product samples and ensuring timely submission for buyer approval.

• Help maintain accurate order tracking, shipment schedules, and documentation.

• Follow up with production teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.

• Assist in cost negotiation discussions under guidance of senior merchandisers.

• Learn and apply basic merchandising concepts, including product specifications, fabric types, trims, and accessories for knitwear.

• Prepare and update reports on order status, sample approvals, and shipment plans.

• Maintain proper communication records (emails, files, purchase orders) for assigned tasks.

• Participate in market research to understand trends, buyer preferences, and competitive products.

• Support ERP data entry and other merchandising system updates.
