∎ Capable of managing different Buyer's requirements independently.

∎ Efficiently provide all kinds of support to the group leader from receiving orders to final shipment.

∎ Should be a long-term planner.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with buyers to design product lines and stock schedules.
∎ Establish communication with analysts, retailers, suppliers, and distributors.
∎ Communicate and collaborate with other departments on a range of interdepartmental tasks.
∎ Observe the process from development and sampling all the way to shipping.
∎ Increase the targeted product sectors' sales volume and profitability.
∎ Examine every facet of the top and bottom sellers (such as the most popular price ranges, hues, or designs).
∎ Forecast profits and sales using computer programs·
∎ Compile data on the response that customers have given to the products.
∎ Encouraging purchasers to visit firms in order to see production procedures.
∎ Convene with suppliers to oversee stock delivery, maybe engaging in cost negotiations with them.
∎ Recognize challenges with supply and manufacturing and address them when they arise.
∎ Monitor, manage, discipline, and train employees.
∎ Make sure compliance and safety at work are satisfied.
∎ Manage additional duties and projects that the management assigns you.
