Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of big lands around Dhaka district like Gazipur.
∎ Conduct meeting with Land Owners.
∎ Convert leads into priority.
∎ Conduct accurate market survey regarding price of land.
∎ Negotiation skill of land price as appropriate.
∎ Scrutinise land documents.
∎ Land document vetting from Govt. offices
∎ procurement of big land efficiently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have prior knowledge of purchasing big lands
∎ Should have enough knowledge on examining land papers
∎ Capability of purchasing big land
∎ Hard working mindset and positive attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
