Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
construction materials sales, Corporate Sales (B2B B2C), Corporate Sales and Marketing, Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company, Ready Mix Concrete
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales plan and work to achieve monthly sales budget
∎ Follow up construction Sales & Collection & Make Different Kinds of Report.
∎ Collect orders and payment from corporate clients.
∎ Maintain clients ledger book individually.
∎ For making a forecasting budget to achieve the monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Submit work Order with DO process sheet in the back office.
∎ Prepare daily clients visit report.
∎ Next day working plan completed with TASK list of our daily Khata.
∎ Maintain all information in their daily schedule.
∎ Maintain movement schedule on daily basis.
∎ Prepare reports on sales and collection target with achievement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in the field of Corporate sales. Construction product sales, Tender, Government and Non Governments sales will be given preference.this the nature of Business to Business Sales Concept.
Salary: Negotiable
