Fabric Planning, Garments Textile, Placement Printing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute all types of printing such as- Reactive, Pigment, Pigment Discharge print, White Pigment (TiO2), Fluorescent Pigment, Indigo discharge, Glitter, Burn out, Puff, Thermochromic, Hydrochromic, Glow in dark.
∎ To follow-up all types of technical parameter of printing recipe & color correction.
∎ Technical Solution in bulk production for different types of print.
∎ knowledge about Machine and Table Operation with Digital & sublimation.
∎ Knowledge about art work, costing and consumption.
∎ Sample development through designing, engraving & strike off process according to the buyer requirements.
∎ Advice recipe of colour & chemicals as per quality requirements with cost benefit.
∎ Make costing for any order belongs to company profit.
∎ Calculate full colour & chemicals requirements for the order.
∎ Follow up colour & chemicals stock availability to ensure smooth production.
∎ To ensure all types of print quality according to approved design & color.
∎ To ensure all types print should be pass in testing such as- Rubbing, Color fastness to 5 time wash, Formaldehyde free or control, Azo free, APEO free etc.
∎ To ensure all types chemical proper use according to recipe and wastage reduce.
∎ Make production planning according to the shipment schedule.
∎ Have strong control over production team.
∎ Strongly follow up production quality as per buyer requirements.
∎ Development of new inquiry if buyer provides so on.
∎ Make good control about compliance requirements.
