Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Ensure RM & Finish goods inspections are carried out as per the plan.
∎ 2. Quality Control in plant by supervising online Q.C.
∎ 3. Quality control of all RM & Finish goods in store.
∎ 4. Physical and chemical tests of all RM & Finish goods for good quality.
∎ 5. Collecting stock data on weekly basis on RM, Finish goods & Premixes and taking follow up action to implement FIFO.
∎ 6. Monitoring the effective functioning of all pellet feed mills QA Laboratories including IPQC of all the regions.
∎ 7. Training of chemist and carry out the test in case of absenteeism.
∎ 8. Investigating the feed complaint.
∎ 9. Monitoring the Biosecurity work area.
∎ Authority:
∎ 1. Ensure the usage of least cost formulation initiated by Nutrition department.
∎ 2. Ensure the RM availability to meet formulation.
∎ 3. Stop the production if deviation in quality feed production.
∎ 4. Find quality deviations in feed actual Vs formula and correct the same time to time.
∎ 5. For approval of incoming material document.
∎ 6. Improve feed mill hygiene.
∎ 7. Dispatch standard quality of feed to farms.
∎ 8. Responsible for RM preservation, inventory control & finish goods moisture maintenance depending upon the season.
∎ 9. Initiate the rectification action, if deviation found in feed quality.
∎ Accountability:
∎ 1. No material is accepted without inspection.
∎ 2. Accountable for meeting the feed specification
∎ 3. Ensure calibration of all lab instruments.
∎ 4. Monitor the system of FIFO method.
∎ 5. Rectify the variation from standard prices.
∎ 6. Responsible for safety management system in the Lab.
∎ 7. Get better quality and productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Learn at a rapid pace and adapt to change.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Comfort and familiarity with computers and the Internet
