Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Islamic Finance/Economics/Business Studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities related to Islamic Finance:
∎ To design Deposit Product Program Guidelines (PPG) along with necessary documents
∎ To design Investment Product Program Guidelines (PPG) along with necessary documents
∎ To prepare Islamic Finance Shariah Manuals
∎ To prepare Standard Operating Procedure and service level agreements with internal stakeholders
∎ To designing Shariah guidelines on Inspection and Auditing
∎ To prepare brochure of products, product write up on websites etc.
∎ To prepare primary draft of legal documents of different products
∎ To develop products in software and do User Acceptance Test
∎ To design training modules on Islamic Finance for the employees of IDLC, in particular for sales executives
∎ To travel across the country to train IDLC employees and for other Islamic Finance related assignments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Minimum five years’ experience of working in any Islamic Bank/NBFI or Islamic Window
∎ Individuals having active engagement with the conversion process of conventional to Islamic Bank/NBFI/Window are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Should have a bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Islamic Finance/Economics/Business Studies
∎ Should have an analytical mind, quantitative skill, free hand writing experience and ability
∎ Should be a good communicator and willing to travel extensively
∎ Post graduate courses/certifications on Islamic Finance/ Islamic Commercial Jurisprudence will be considered as added advantage
