Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks are properly received ,Material inventory, recorded and checked with each order /style
∎ To ensure that stocks are properly stored to prevent from damage, loss, pilferage or mixing with other orders.
∎ To ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order.
∎ To ensure maintaining the Store housekeeping.
∎ Responsible to ensure that expiring period of materials are monitored regularly according to principle of disposition.
∎ Reference Challan/GRN & statements for goods delivered are to be maintained for sales billing purposes,
∎ Raw materials & other routine spares stocks forecast are to be analyzed & raise requisition upon having requirements for production,
∎ Any other assignment as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in maintaining store records with Inventory software is essential.
∎ Good in communication both in English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
