∎ Skills Required: Internet Browsing, MS Word Excel PowerPoint

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Composite Knit Garments In
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain inventory, properly.
∎ Issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Receive and confirm orders to distributors.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that materials are stored Correctly and safely.
∎ Develop and maintain software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per requirement.
∎ Maintain proper document during the delivered materials.
∎ Invoice all companies’ materials.
∎ Daily and monthly stock verification.
∎ Provide the range of different materials as per requirement.
∎ Responsibility for faulty stock management
∎ Issue various materials to different channels.
∎ Deal with internal and external Auditors during stock verification.
∎ Assist in shifting the materials.
∎ Develop and maintain Safety and Security policy of warehouse.
∎ Generate daily/monthly/quarterly Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report to the concerned authority.
∎ Improvement and development of warehouse.
∎ Evaluate the availability of space and prepare staking/storage plans prior to product arrivals
∎ Work as a team with an attitude to support colleagues to achieve the team objectives.
∎ Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation
∎ Generate daily/monthly/quarterly Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks as In-charge Store of Factory
∎ Any others task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge in Management and Leadership.
∎ Should have knowledge in Admin.
∎ Strong communication & understanding skill.
∎ Excellent capacity of communication with Management.
