• Source FMCG products ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Maintain strong supplier relationships for reliable sourcing.

• Identify and onboard new suppliers based on business needs.

• Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Monitor supply chain activities to prevent bottlenecks and delays.

• Develop strategies to streamline logistics and reduce lead times.

• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.

• Continuously monitor market trends and pricing to enhance cost savings.

• Maintain a database of reliable vendors and manage long-term partnerships.

• Develop and oversee purchasing plans for export businesses.

• Ensure that export orders are processed efficiently and meet customer demands.

• Handle documentation and compliance related to international shipments.

• Work closely with the factory team to ensure timely availability of spare parts and machinery.

• Prioritize orders for factory maintenance and production continuity.

• Support factory operations by managing spare parts inventory.

• Ensure the availability of packaging materials required for FMCG products.

• Coordinate with packaging suppliers to maintain inventory levels.

• Negotiate packaging costs and secure contracts with suppliers for long-term supply.

• Liaise with CM factories for production and order fulfillment.

• Negotiate manufacturing prices with CM factories to optimize costs.

• Ensure that production processes meet quality and delivery standards.
