Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process, from fabric inspection to finished goods.
∎ Monitor in-line and final inspections to detect and resolve quality issues early.
∎ Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all quality-related processes.
∎ Maintain accurate QA reports such as inline inspection reports, final audits, and defect analysis.
∎ Communicate quality concerns and production issues to production, merchandising, and buyer QA teams.
∎ Plan and allocate QA resources effectively across lines and shifts.
∎ Build awareness of quality control standards among the production team.
∎ Ensure all fabrics and trims meet required specifications and testing protocols (e.g., shrinkage, color fastness).
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality, safety, and sustainability requirements.
