∎ MBA in HRM from any reputed university.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Professional Training in HRM

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Performance Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent has to conduct Performance Appraisal of the regular employees, and has to prepare Promotion & Increment sheet based on the performance during the period.
∎ Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
∎ Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
∎ Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
∎ Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
∎ Setting and managing Key Result Areas (KRAs) /Key performance indicators (KPIs) / Goals for direct reports and provide periodic feedback on performance
∎ First contact point for all pre-performance appraisal to post-performance appraisal issues & grievances.
∎ Proper documentation of all appraisal forms, feedbacks, letters etc. for all Employees of the organization.
∎ Implement a system of high & low performers including Performance Improvement plans along with Department Heads.
∎ Ensure consistency is maintained in review process.
∎ Handle moderation exercise and rationalization keeping into consideration internal parity. Adopt innovative perks & benefits to retain top talent.
∎ Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.

∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent problem solving skill.
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues.
∎ Ability to access internet, computer, MS Word, Excel.
∎ Language skills both in Bangla and English.
