The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Plan Coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures and process also prepare and develop project design

• Coordination with SCM team for material planning and any project with the support from supervisor

• Identify the scope of improvement opportunity & design the Project to mitigate the issues & improve the factory performance also Implement IE Tools & Techniques (Lean, Kaizen, Poka Yoke etc.)

• Develop, maintain & execute a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in factory

• Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste in the production line.

• Ensuring maximum productivity through proper utilizations of machines, materials and manpower.

• Making operations breakdown and layout also monitoring bottlenecks and maintain line balancing

• Responsible for operation breakdown of food manufacturing, process flow chart design, SMV setting, production layout design & set up.
