Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Manager (Health and Insaniat) in providing urgent humanitarian services and health support to Zakat Recipients.
∎ Prepare various written reports, documents, and communications materials for Health Program;
∎ Provide direction, leadership, management support, technical help, and functional guidance to Health Assistants working in project areas during the planning, execution, and evaluation of Ferdousi Women and Child Welfare Center (WCWC);
∎ Ensure that beneficiaries have access to the right healthcare services by developing and implementing a monthly, semiannual, and annual work plan,
∎ Monitor and track health services delivered by project staff members and the CZM partners (if any) to ensure beneficiary access to appropriate healthcare services;
∎ Prepare monthly payment notes for CZM KDTC, Ferdousi WCWC, and Ferdousi Diagnostic and Consultation Center (FDCC).
∎ Ensure that the necessary supplies and medications are procured from recognized pharmaceutical companies and are distributed properly.
∎ Provide guidance to the health assistants regarding the treatment and transfer of referral and emergency patients.
∎ Ensure 100% sanitary latrines among Health Card holders providing hardware and software and create access to safe water in the project area in accordance with the annual plan.
∎ Provide support to FDCC so that the activities can be carried out successfully.
∎ Conduct periodic oversight audits of delegated tasks to the project health staff members, and report to CZM Head Office;
∎ Perform any other duty as assigned by CZM
∎ Frequent Visit to Field Offices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ To hold the position of an Assistant/Deputy Manager an applicant must prove that He/she had a successful graduate entry after relevant Bachelor's degree (i.e., BPH) at least four years ago.
∎ Successful candidate is required to demonstrate meaningful relevant experience covering primary healthcare services during those four years or more.
Salary: Tk. 21000 - 30000 (Monthly)
