• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems;

The Assistant Manager – Garments Quality will support the Quality Manager in overseeing all quality-related activities in the garments production process to ensure product quality meets buyer standards and company requirements. This role involves close coordination with production, merchandising, and compliance teams to maintain quality at every stage—from cutting to final shipment. Major responsibilities for this position will be

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise in-line and end-line quality inspection processes in all garment production stages (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing).

• Implement and ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality standards and AQL levels.

• Conduct pre-production meetings to brief quality and production teams on quality requirements and specifications.

• Analyze quality reports, defect trends, and take corrective/preventive action to minimize rejection and rework.

• Monitor production samples (Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, Shipment Samples) and ensure on-time approval from buyers.

• Train and guide Quality Inspectors and Line QC staff to maintain consistent product quality.

• Coordinate with the Quality Manager and Production team to resolve quality-related issues proactively.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits (internal & external), and buyer quality protocols.

• Conduct inline audits and final random inspections before shipment.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports for internal use and buyer reference.
