Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Dealing with the bank all types of banking facility
∎ Arranging working capital, project finance, syndication and club finance from commercial banks.
∎ Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports to facilitate project requirements.
∎ Monitor banking costs and fees, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make effective contributions for optimizing banking relationships.
∎ Provide regular reports to the supervisor on cashflow projections, liquidity status, loan, and financial risks
∎ Review and finalize all types of banking agreements.
∎ Maintain effective and strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiation of banking services, credit facilities, and arrange different types of Bangladesh Bank funds through Banks/NBFI.
∎ Serve as a strategic intermediary, forging connections with diverse external stakeholders, including surveyors, legal teams, and government offices.
∎ Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of General Banking, international banking, international trade, loan management and project financing.
∎ Stay up-to-date with relevant all types of Bank and Finance related circulars and Bangladesh Bank schemes.
∎ Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations.
∎ Execute the processing of various finance-related payments.
∎ Prepare loan repayment schedule & ensure payment on time.
∎ Execute any other task assigned by management.
