Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handling domestic and international holiday packages queries.

  • Develop travel products and day to day operational support for Domestic and International Holiday Packages.

  • Handling of corporate clients in line with their travel policies.

  • Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, visa, ticket booking in GDS or OTA etc.

  • Provides information about travel destinations and accommodations.

  • Communicate with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deals.

  • Sale holiday and other specialized tour packages. (Domestic & International)

  • Excellent knowledge about reservation & ticketing (preferred knowledge in GDSs include Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, and Worldspan)

  • Visa: Excellent knowledge about Visa processing & Documentation.

  • Ticketing: issue, re-issue, refund and manage flight tickets, and adherence to booking policies.

  • Customer inquiries: respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding travel reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns via phone or email.

  • Travel information: provide customers with up-to-date and accurate travel information, including flight schedules, airline policies, baggage allowance, visa requirements, and other relevant details.

  • Payment processing: handle payment processing for bookings, ensuring accuracy and security of financial transactions by cash Customer

  • feedback: actively seek customer feedback and suggestions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Long term relationship buildup with client for future business.

  • Any other job assigned by top management.

  • Take initiatives to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.

  • Maintain relation / liaison with all air lines offices and air ticket agents Update information collected from airport for entrance and departure and related matters.

  • Plan and produce a tactical sales call plan each week with an update of the previous week.

  • Multi-functional skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position
