Job Context:
∎ V-tech is expanding and we are looking for employees to grow with the company. With our professional experience in delivering the highest quality waterproofing services to our customers, V-Tech waterproofing is fully dedicated to maintaining our strong position in the industry.
∎ We are looking for a waterproofing service engineer who is able to determine service needs and perform daily operational duties. The waterproofing specialist engineer is responsible for the installation of various waterproofing treatments and assists in waterproofing application and works.
∎ Employees must be able to interact and communicate well with clients in their homes and businesses. Ideal candidates will understand operational procedures and identify various leakage problems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
∎ Corporate client visit & sales.
∎ Factory / Industry visit & sales.
∎ Make a team with the contractor/applicator & supervise them.
∎ Perform integrity testing and troubleshooting testing to identify any breaches or defects in the project's existing waterproofing membrane/coatings.
∎ Perform visual inspections on projects.
∎ Exercise professional advice to a client when required
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
∎ Plan and modify products to meet customer's needs.
∎ Recommend improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or improve quality.
∎ Help in researching and developing new products.
∎ Preparation of contractors' bills and certifying those.
∎ Setting up Quality Assurance System.
∎ Preparing estimates for foundation and frameworks in the 1st phase and total estimates for all other works in subsequent phases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Completion of an approved apprenticeship program that includes both theoretical and practical components of construction will also be considered.
∎ A strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing, and coatings material will be advantageous.
∎ Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
∎ Well-developed customer service skills
∎ Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
∎ A valid driving license will be advantageous.
∎ Public University graduates will get preference.
