Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic commercial plans across multiple business units within the organization.
∎ Develop financial policies and procedures to manage credit risk and optimize the use of Letters of Credit (LC) across the group.
∎ Oversee the issuance and management of Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and internal standards.
∎ Implement and enforce credit control measures to ensure timely payments and reduce the risk of bad debts.
∎ Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
∎ Check C&F bills and transport bills and check the export section for detailed and accurate handling.
∎ Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
∎ Optimize the group’s working capital by effectively managing credit terms and cash flow, supporting overall financial stability.
∎ Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand reputation and network with potential partners.
