Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Assistant Manager for the Support department to make sure technical support for our clients & in-house team.
∎ Products: Software, IT Services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team, provide technical guidance, and will plan for the optimal utilization of resources.
∎ To manage overall Technical support activities for the products marketed by the company.
∎ To coordinate with educational institutions (remotely). Giving them technical support, and providing solutions to every bug/error.
∎ To develop detailed technical support plans with key milestones, and schedules to monitor & track progress and review daily activities. Manage technical functions of the product life cycle, as well as product hardware & software testing to ensure timely support to the product department.
∎ To manage Technical activities for after-Sale Service support of Products marketed by the Company.
∎ To manage Product Technical Escalations reported by field and provide timely resolution.
∎ To develop technical Skill of in-house and outsourced team.
∎ To monitor initial quality of each product besides raising alarm on trends which might lead to higher/epidemic failures.
∎ To develop and deliver (Financial Report) FR reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations for continuous product improvement.
∎ To works towards process optimization and effective contribution for introducing process improvements in the service repair process.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction to a higher level.
∎ To be able to generate and maintain MIS-based reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to manage a team by providing technical guidance.
∎ 2 to 4 years of proven working experience is highly required.
Salary: Tk. 33000 - 35000 (Monthly)
