Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise team members & allocate their duties based on workstation.
∎ Ensure due assistance for the introduction & induction of "GPH Ispat" Re-Bar to Dealer & End User
∎ Ensure technical & quality support during the execution of a project.
∎ Ensure due Coordination between QA & Lab dept. and marketing regarding technical & quality related issues.
∎ Strategize Collection of data & information about quality of competitive brands.
∎ Build & maintain close relationship with Senior engineers, consultants, architects.
∎ To shoot out troubles and solve issues regarding quality of the product
∎ To visit GOB and other relevant offices, develop technical relationship and build business rapport in line with organizational goal.
∎ Ensure supports to sales team regarding construction process/quality matters/marketing strategy etc.
∎ Provide technical advice to the sales team and the client regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs.
∎ Maintain liaison with dealers Engineers, contractors, mason workers and end-users on regular basis.
∎ Regularly visit market and clients, conduct market research & study the trends to identify the product gap and take initiative to fill up the gap.
