Job Context:
∎ Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager - Tech Support, NMC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Designing and Integrating Layer 2 and Layer 3 network.
∎ IPLC and ITC circuit planning and implementation as well as communication with IPLC and ITC providers.
∎ Network capacity planning, optimization & Traffic Engineering.
∎ Manage and maintain all upstream and traffic shaping/load balancing /preferred routing.
∎ Provide solutions for IP transit IIG/ISP customers.
∎ Monitor networks protocols, routing & switching devices performance as well as health
∎ Configure, Install & Maintain Core, Distribution & Access network of IIG/ISP and backbone network.
∎ Technical (IP) documentation, and drawing (Visio) for the entire network.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments/Teams.
∎ Ensure all Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) are completed accurately as a team member.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Deep knowledge of routing protocol (OSPF, BGP etc)
∎ Clear understanding of design, implementation and managing switching network MPLS and VXLAN.
∎ Profound knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack.
∎ Practical experience in complicated network troubleshooting.
