Additional Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command over English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Well-organized and self-motivated.
Knowledge of university application portals is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel students regarding higher study opportunities in China, South Korea, Malaysia, and other relevant destinations.
Guide students and parents through the admission process, including university/course selection and visa documentation.
Prepare and submit university applications and ensure timely communication with partner institutions.
Collect and organize student documents as per university and visa requirements.
Supervise and support the counseling team to ensure daily and monthly targets are met.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly work reports.
Assist in developing strategies to expand the student recruitment market.
Help in business development initiatives, including new partnerships, events, and promotional activities.
Monitor team performance and ensure quality counseling and client service.
Maintain regular communication with international university representatives.
