Educational Requirements:

∎ Fire Safety Manager Course completion under the Directorate of Fire Service and Civil Defense is highly preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Google workspace, Health Safety and Environment, HSE audit, knowledge of ERP Management System

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the management and sustainability process in planning, establishing, and maintaining policies, procedures, control processes of compliance, standards and Integrated Management System (IMS) in health and safety (building, electrical, fire), environmental, quality and business sustainability.
∎ Conduct risk assessments on Sustainability, Integrated Management System (IMS) and HSEQ operation with the execution of mitigation strategies and emergency response plans. Set and review objectives and an action plan accordingly.
∎ Foster a sustainability culture with effective communication, orientation, training and awareness programs and conduct regular committee meetings
∎ Ensure document control with effective creation, approval, distribution, and maintenance of documented information
∎ Control and monitor the performance through audits, assessments, and inspections; make reports with corrective action plans (CAP).
∎ Perform and support building, electrical, and fire safety assessments according to BNBC, NFPA, MOLE, and DIFE and make reports and corrective action plans (CAP).
∎ Identification of non-conformity at the workplace, implement risk control hierarchy, investigate incidents, accidents, and approve permits to work (PTW).
∎ Design and drawing of electrical layout diagrams, single line diagrams (SLD), lightning protection systems (LPS) by using AutoCAD, awareness sign, posters by Adobe Illustrator
∎ Monitor and manage process quality, environmental aspects -impact, energy efficiency, carbon footprint, waste management, resource conservation, and sustainability strategies.
∎ Regular review the objective-KPI, submit reports on Sustainability, Integrated Management System (IMS) and HSEQ performance, proactively identifying challenges and nonconformities, driving corrective actions, and foster continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 6 years in a similar role or Heavy Industry, textile, RMG, group of companies, audit, or consulting firm
∎ The applicants should have in-depth knowledge in the following areas: compliance, building, fire, and electrical codes and regulations like BNBC, NFPA, NTPA, IEC, and BERC.
∎ Internal auditing, documentation, and reporting skills, Google Workspace (like Google Forms, Sheets, and Power BI), Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
∎ Training on the Internal/Lead Auditor Course on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will add value.
